Ingredients
  

  • 150 g chicken breast
  • 50 g red pepper julienne
  • 50 g yellow pepper julienne
  • 50 g onion julienne
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 sprig coriander chopped
  • 50 g cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • salt,black pepper
  • 2 tortilla

fajita seasoning

  • 2 g cayenne pepper
  • 1 g garlic powder
  • 1 g cumin powder
  • 1 g paprika
  • 3 g salt
  • 2 g granulated sugar
  • 1 g black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken into julienne strips and sauté over high heat until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté the onions and garlic, then add the bell peppers. Cook until they soften.
  • Season the mixture with fajita spices.
  • Place all the ingredients onto the tortilla, add fresh cilantro and cheddar cheese, then cover with another tortilla.
  • Toast in the pan, flipping to ensure both sides are golden brown.
  • Slice into pizza-style wedges and serve hot.

Notes

Melt the Cheese for Better Binding
A good layer of melted cheese acts as a glue to hold everything together. Make sure it melts properly before flipping.
Experiment with Toppings
Serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, or even a drizzle of lime for extra flavor.
